Examinations of Qualifications. Employees shall be permitted to write any in-service examinations required by the Employer upon completion of the necessary terms of service and/or upon completion of the required in-service training program. Employees who fail to successfully complete any in-service examinations shall, upon request, receive a copy of their examination paper and shall be eligible to be re-examined at the first available opportunity after completion of a further six (6) months' service.
