Examining Records and Reporting Discrepancies. You agree to examine your periodic account statements promptly, and to promptly and regularly review transaction information available through the Service, and to notify us immediately of any discrepancy between the statements or Service information and your other account records. You should notify us of discrepancies as provided in the "Errors or Questions" section of this Agreement. You agree that in no event will we be liable to you under this agreement in performing, failing to perform, or erroneously performing the transactions described in this Agreement. You also agree that in no event will we be liable for special, indirect, consequential damages, or for any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, lost profits or attorneys fees. The provisions of this section are not intended to affect and are subject to the express terms and conditions set forth in the "Payment Guarantee" section of this Agreement.
