Business Online Banking Services. Subject to the requirements established by the Bank, you may use our Business Online Banking Services to check the balance of your Accounts, view your Account histories, transfer funds between your Accounts, and make stop payment requests.

Business Online Banking Services. Additional online features are currently available for Business Customers. These features may be subject to additional terms and conditions and agreements. The features currently available for Business Customers include: -ACH Credit and Debit Origination -Wire Transfer Requests -Direct Deposit Originations -EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) -NACHA File Imports -Balance Reporting -Designating Authorized Users -Positive Pay for issued checks and ACH We may add or remove certain features and/or functionality from time-to-time. Business Customers interested in these services should contact us for additional information.
Business Online Banking Services. This Section applies to transactions regarding Business Accounts. To sign up for Business Online Banking you must fill out an application through the branch or by obtaining an application at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and mailing the application to 35. X. Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx, XX, 00000. We may provide Business Online Banking Services during the Term of this Agreement in connection with certain transactions made regarding a Business Account. Through our Business Online Banking Services, we may allow the Administrator User to specify one or more individuals who are required to approve certain transactions through Online Banking Services regarding a Business Account. The Administrator User may also set per- transaction and per-day limits on the amounts of transactions that the authorizing individual may approve. The Administrator User’s designation of an authorizing individual will require certain identifying and other information regarding such authorizing individual, which may include without limitation, name, address, telephone number, and email address. In addition, designation of an authorizing individual may require assignment of a mobile authorization code to such authorizing individual. After proper designation of all authorizing individuals, such authorizing individuals may receive a notice from us in the event a transaction is initiated that requires their approval. Such notice may be sent via email, text message, phone call, or other means we allow. In order to approve such transactions, the authorizing individual will be required to comply with certain Security Devices and Procedures required by us, which may include, without limitation, submitting a mobile authorization code, password, or password to us via mobile device, smartphone, personal computer, email, phone call, text message, or other Required Technology. You understand and agree that, as with other Security Devices and Procedures, anyone with access to any of the Security Devices and Procedures issued to authorizing individuals will be able to approve transactions that would otherwise be subject to approval by an authorizing individual. See Section 32 for more information regarding Business Online Banking services that are available. Business Online Banking Services. You may use Business Online Banking to access information concerning your Accounts and also to perform certain transactions for which you are authorized. The following Business Online Banking Services currently are available through Business Online Banking:
Business Online Banking Services. Business Online Banking Services can be personalized to meet your business needs. It may include some of the following functions:  Obtain account balance information  Review transactions on accounts  Receive and download account informationTransfer funds between linked accounts held with us  Direct us to make transfers to and from accounts owned by third parties held at other financial institutions (upon Bank approval, under separate agreements), including ACH and Wire Transfer  Remote deposit processing service (upon Bank approval, under separate agreement)  Verify checks written by you against your deposit account, prior to finally paying said items (upon Bank approval, under separate agreement)
Business Online Banking Services. This Section sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Business Online Banking Services ("Online Banking" or "Online Banking Services") offered by the GreenState Credit Union. The member should read this Section carefully and keep a copy of it with their Account records. Also, there may be additional limitations described throughout this Section, and your ability to initiate transactions may be limited by the terms of other agreements you have with us or as described in other disclosures we have made to you, or by law. You agree to abide by and be bound by applicable limitations. To access Online Banking, you must have at least one Account at the GreenState Credit Union, access to Internet service, and an email address. Once we have received your signed Enrollment Form, and verified your Account information, we will send you, either by email or by postal mail, confirmation of our acceptance of your enrollment. We will call you with your assigned user name and temporary Password. Online Banking can be used to access only the Accounts which you have designated for access through Online Banking in your Enrollment Form. Business Online Banking Services. The details of the Business Online Banking Services and Cash Management Services available to Customers are explained in the following section of the Agreement: The following Services are available to all Bank Customers who enroll to use Business Online Banking (“Standard Features”):  Obtain balances in your Accounts.  Review the account histories of transactions in your Accounts.  View images of paid checks.  Make transfers between linked Accounts.  Submit Stop Payment requests for checks (fees will apply).  Export account history using your financial management software (“FMS”).  Enroll in Account alerts.  Communicate with the Bank via the Online Banking secure message center. In addition to the above, you may request the following Services, which are subject to the Bank’s review and approval as to limits on the amounts and frequency of transactions (“Advanced Features”):

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Investment Banking Services Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus, during the period beginning 180 days prior to the initial confidential submission of the Registration Statement and ending on the Effective Date, no Member and/or any person associated or affiliated with a Member has provided any investment banking, financial advisory and/or consulting services to the Company.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Online Banking If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.
