To the extent you elect to communicate with us using e-mail, the following provisions apply to those communications: • You agree and acknowledge that the information communicated via e-mail to or from us may include information regarding any or all of the services we feel may be of added interest to you. • You acknowledge that you have been advised and understand the risks of using e-mail with respect to the communication of information regarding Internet Banking and that we are unable to guarantee the authenticity, privacy or accuracy of information received or sent by e-mail or to monitor the authorization of persons using your e-mail address to send or receive information. • You acknowledge that you will always refer to or use only the last four digits of your Account number in any e-mail or other non- secure method of communication with the Bank. • In the event you receive information from us via e-mail that you believe is intended for another recipient, you agree to immediately return the information to us and to thereafter delete the information from your computer system.   • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).

You release us from any claim you may have as a result of any unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that document or information after transmission, for any delay or non-delivery of any document or information and for any damage caused to your system or any files by a transfer.
