Work tendered prior to and ongoing at the effective date of this Collective Agreement shall continue in accordance with the overtime provisions in effect at the time the work was tendered. However, work pursuant to change orders and scope changes negotiated after the effective date of this Collective Agreement shall be performed in accordance with sections 1 and 2 above. 6 This Letter of Understanding shall be attached to and form part of the Collective Agreement.
