Excess Cash Flow Certificate. Together with the financial statements required pursuant to subsection (a) above, a certificate of the president, chief financial officer or principal accounting officer of Interface setting forth the calculation of Excess Cash Flow in reasonable detail for the fiscal year covered by such financial statements;
