Excess Cash Flow Certificate. Together with the financial statements required pursuant to subsection (a) above, a certificate of the president, chief financial officer or principal accounting officer of Interface setting forth the calculation of Excess Cash Flow in reasonable detail for the fiscal year covered by such financial statements;
Excess Cash Flow Certificate. As soon as practical and in any event by no later than the last Business Day of the first Fiscal Quarter after each applicable Fiscal Year of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.2.5, a completed Excess Cash Flow Certificate setting out the Excess Cash Flow for such applicable Fiscal Year.
Excess Cash Flow Certificate. Concurrently with delivery of financial statements under Section 6.01(a), an Excess Cash Flow Certificate executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower which provides a reasonably detailed description of Excess Cash Flow for such Fiscal Year.

Excess Cash Flow Certificate. Not later than March 31, of each year, beginning March 31, 2003 the Company's calculation of its consolidated US Excess Cash Flow and Canadian Excess Cash Flow for the Fiscal Year ending the immediately preceding December 31.
Excess Cash Flow Certificate. On or before the 45th day after June 30 of each year and on or before the 90th day after December 31 of each year, a certificate of a Responsible Officer, certifying in reasonable detail as to Excess Cash Flow measured as of the end of such fiscal half year (an "EXCESS CASH FLOW CERTIFICATE").
