Excess Days Conversion. After a teacher has accumulated one hundred and thirty (130) days for Plan B and one hundred (100) days for Plan A of sick leave, the teacher will be reimbursed at the end of the school year for their excess unused sick leave days at the rate of regular substitute pay (this excludes substitutes hired during a strike or other non-regular activity). Any Plan A teacher carrying over more than one hundred (100) days into next fiscal school year will be paid the balance in September at the rate of regular substitute pay.
