Excess/Prior Deliveries Sample Clauses

Excess/Prior Deliveries. Partial deliveries, deliveries before call-off and additional deliveries must be previous agreed in written form by BBAC. If the supplier uses a BBAC commissioned forwarder and does not follow this regulation, the supplier bears the risk until the reception of BBAC. Costs for storing or returning unauthorized excess/prior deliveries are borne by the supplier. In case of partial deliveries the supplier has to dispatch the missing parts or wrong delivery immediately after receiving the notice from BBAC.
