Excess/Umbrella Policy for Additional Work. Prior to the commencement of any Additional Work and at all times during the performance of such Additional Work and for so long after the completion thereof that any Person has any repair obligations with respect to such Project Improvements Work, in addition to Owner’s Excess/Umbrella Policies, Owner shall cause the Material Additional Work Construction Contractor to obtain, keep and maintain an excess or umbrella liability insurance policy (“Excess/Umbrella Policy for Additional Work”). written on an occurrence basis, in an amount not less than Ten Million and No/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) per occurrence and in the aggregate for personal injury, bodily injury and death and/or property damage liability combined, such policy to be written on an excess basis above the coverages required hereinabove (specifically listing such underlying policies) and following the form of such underlying policies, naming Owner as insured. Owner shall cause Owner’s other contractors and subcontractors to obtain, keep and maintain an excess or umbrella liability insurance policy in such amount as meets the Insurance Standard for such contractors and subcontractors.

Tenant shall cause Xxxxxx’s other contractors and subcontractors to obtain, keep and maintain an excess or umbrella liability insurance policy in such amount as meets the Insurance Standard for such contractors and subcontractors.
