Excessive Medical Record Deficiency. Chronic failure to complete records in a timely fashion will result in corrective action, and may result in loss of Medical Staff membership and Clinical Privileges, pursuant to the Medical Staff Bylaws. Practitioners who have an excessive number of incomplete medical records may be prohibited from scheduling elective procedures until such time as the incomplete records are completed.

  • Surplus; Shortage and Deficiency of Funds In accordance with RESPA, if there is a surplus of Funds held in escrow, Xxxxxx will account to Borrower for such surplus.   • Anti-Deficiency Act The Department's obligations and responsibilities under the terms of the Contract and the Contract Documents are and shall remain subject to the provisions of (i) the federal Anti-Deficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. §§1341, 1342, 1349, 1350, 1351, (ii) the D.C. Code 47-105, (iii) the District of Columbia Anti-Deficiency Act, D.C.
