Exchange Fees. The Transfer Agent may from time to time receive, through payment by shareholders of the Fund, all or a portion of the exchange fee in an amount and under circumstances authorized by the Trustees of the Trust.
Exchange Fees. Subscriber will pay Vendor (unless Vendor has assumed Subscriber’s payment obligations hereunder), for and on behalf of each of the Exchanges (as applicable), for the right to receive Market Data in accordance with the then-current fee schedule published by each of the Exchanges from time-to-time (including any and all applicable federal, state or local taxes). Each Exchange's fees are subject to modification by each of them at an y time, without prior notice to Subscriber.
Exchange Fees. Participant shall, upon the execution of a Transaction, pay to Nodal fees in accordance with such service and pricing schedules as are determined by Nodal from time to time and posted on the Nodal Site (the “Exchange Fees”).
Exchange Fees. (a) All Members must pay the Exchange Fees specified and published by the Operator on its website from time to time.
(b) The Exchange Fees may include:
(i) an application fee;
(ii) a fee payable upon the acceptance of an application;
(iii) annual fees for participation in the gas supply hub;
(iv) a fee for each Transaction concluded on the Exchange; and
(v) ad hoc fees for services provided by the Operator to Members from time to time, including training, assistance or advice in relation to access to and use of the Trading System.
(c) The Operator must notify Members of any change to the structure or amount of Exchange Fees.
(d) Exchange Fees are amounts owed by each Member to the Operator and are payable:
(i) for Transaction-related fees, as part of Settlements; and
(ii) for other fees, by the times and in the manner specified by the Operator and published on its website.
Exchange Fees. One Hundred ($100) dollars per week for an External Exchange plus HST; as of January 1, 2016; to be reviewed annually based on the Association’s administrative costs related to processing external exchanges.

(a) Data Recipient will pay the Exchange for the right to receive Market Data and for any permissible redistribution under this Agreement, in accordance with the then-current fee schedule published by the Exchange from time-to-time (including any and all applicable federal, state or local taxes). The Exchange's fees are subject to modification by the Exchange at any time, without prior notice to Data Recipient. In addition, Data Recipient agrees to pay the Exchange any penalties assessed against Data Recipient by the Exchange.
(b) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Data Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the termination of service to Data Recipient for failure to make payments shall not be considered an improper limitation of access by the Exchange.

Exchange Fees. 10.1.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company the Exchange Fee for each completed Transaction.
10.1.2. The exchange rate for exchanging Cryptocurrencies through Client’s trading account is determined by our spread for each Cryptocurrency, as it appears on the Bitandbuy CryptoExchange platform, and is influenced by the size of your transaction, market volatility and other market conditions.
10.1.3. The Company might charge a fee in the case of an exchange of FIAT (USD/EURO) currency to Cryptocurrency.
10.1.4. All fees and exchange rates will be disclosed to you, when possible, prior to the execution of any transaction.
