Fees, Expenses and Charges. The following fees, expenses and charges are established by these Rules:
Fees, Expenses and Charges. 2.1 It is hereby agreed that the Principal Employer shall be responsible for the payment of all professional fees, charges and costs charged or incurred by DP Administration Limited in the performance of the Services and the Additional Services (the “Fees”) unless it is agreed in the Scheme Deed and Rules that such Fees shall be met by the Trustees from the Scheme Fund.

The Purchaser and the Selling Stockholder agree between themselves to bear equally all those fees, expenses and charges.

(e) Common Expense Annual Fees Payment Policy: Invoicing of your Annual Maintenance Fees will occur on or about October 15 of the current year for the fee applicable to the following year. The payment of your Annual Maintenance Fees is due November 30 of the current calendar year for the following calendar year. All outstanding payments after November 30th will be considered delinquent. Maintenance Annual Fees paid after November 30 will be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar late charge. Maintenance Annual Fees paid after January 1st of the following calendar year will be subject to an additional one hundred ($100.00) dollar late charge (per month; as of the 1st of each month) plus interest (at an interest rate of 18% per annum) from their due date; until full payment is made. Failure to pay any outstanding payment in full (Personal, Special or Annual or Common) in excess of 30 days will result in a Suspension of Use of future Assigned Weeks; which would be forfeited until such suspension is lifted (as per ISOA 8.05-8.07). Fees, Expenses and Charges. The Company will be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of all annual operational costs to run and maintain the yacht without exception or limitations. Additionally, the Company will be responsible for refitting/rebuilding the Yacht to meet the Company standards for operating the in the Bahamas, including without limitations: crew expenses, mooring/dockage, insurance, management support, provisioning, debt servicing, the interior/exterior, bottom paint, all mechanical equipment (i.e. CAT C32's, generators, stabilizers, davits, windlasses, etc.) all finishes, furniture, soft goods sundries, appliances, tenders, Waverunners and anything onboard that is deemed necessary for the Yacht to operate safely and meet all international, governmental and Flag State requirements. THERE ARE NO COSTS THAT ARE EXCLUDED ASSOCIATED WITH THE MAINTENCE OR OPERATIONS OF THE YACHT.
