Common use of Exchange of Proposals Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Proposals. Within ten (10) days of the appointment of the full arbitration panel, the Parties shall exchange documents setting forth their final detailed proposals for resolution of the matter in dispute, together with a brief or other written memorandum supporting the merits of their final proposal.
