Exclusion of Innovation and Special Projects. The above reassign time shall not be used to fund innovation or special projects that may arise in the normal workings of the Colleges. Innovation and special project reassign time funds shall come from outside the two hundred (200) Calculated A Hours (CAHs) of reassign time or external sources.
