Exclusionary or Discriminatory Specifications. The Recipient agrees that it will not use any federal assistance under 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 for any procurement based on exclusionary or discriminatory specifications, as provided in 49 U.S.C. § 5325(h), unless authorized by other applicable federal laws, regulations, or requirements.
