Exclusions From and Inclusions to the Bargaining Unit. 23.01 The Employer shall notify the Union of its desire to newly exclude any individual from the Bargaining Unit, in writing, addressed to the President of the Union, or designee, with a copy to the Local Chair and the Union Representative assigned to the Local.
