Exclusions from Insurance. 11.1. All types of insurance: The Insurer is not obliged to pay the Benefit under the following circumstances or as a consequence thereof: 11.1.1. wilful or negligent actions of the Insured or a Person Close to the Insured, 11.1.2. actions of the Insured contrary to law, 11.1.3. fraudulent actions of the Insured in the exercise of the right to the Insurance Benefit, 11.1.4. acts of war, riots, civil unrest, hostilities (whether war has been declared or not), acts of terrorism and sabotage, 11.1.5. failure to report the Loss Occurrence (especially a theft) to the competent authorities or failure to submit the confirmation that such an event has been reported, 11.1.6. the item is not covered by the insurance, 11.1.7. the insured item is a Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Camera, Video Camera or Player older than 3 years, 11.1.8. earthquakes, floods, nuclear explosions, radiation, handling of weapons, explosives and inflammable and toxic substances, 11.1.9. performance of military service duties of the Insured in the Navy, the Army or the Air Forces or in combat, 11.1.10. theft during transport on order or postal shipment, 11.1.11. theft or attempted theft of an item from a motor vehicle 10.10. 9.11. 9.12. 10.11.
