Claims meeting the above eligibility requirements are nevertheless not included in this settlement if the claim is not identified on the Eligible Claims List described in Section 1.1.4 of this Third Settlement Agreement. To be clear, this settlement is not open for general enrollment, and is limited to the specifically identified Eligible Claims.
