National Legislation. (a) Each government accepting or acceding to this Agreement shall ensure, not later than the date of entry into force of this Agreement for it, the conformity of its laws, regulations and administrative procedures, and the rules, procedures and practices applied by the entities contained in its lists annexed hereto, with the provisions of this Agreement.
(b) Each Party shall inform the Committee of any changes in its laws and regulations relevant to this Agreement and in the administration of such laws and regulations.
National Legislation. 1. Each Member shall ensure, not later than the date of application of the provisions of this Agreement for it, the conformity of its laws, regulations and administrative procedures with the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Each Member shall inform the Committee of any changes in its laws and regulations relevant to this Agreement and in the administration of such laws and regulations.
National Legislation. The provisions of the Acts of the Union shall not derogate from the legislation of any member country in respect of anything which is not expressly provided for by those Acts. Article 25: Signature, Authentication, Ratification, and Other Forms of Approval of the Acts of the Union18
1. The Acts of the Union arising from the Congress shall be signed by the plenipotentiaries of the member countries.
2. The Regulations shall be authenticated by the Chairman and the Secretary-General of the Postal Operations Council.
3. The Constitution shall be ratified as soon as possible by the signatory countries.
4. Approval of the Acts of the Union other than the Constitution shall be governed by the constitutional regulations of each signatory country.
5. When a country does not ratify the Constitution or does not approve the other Acts which it has signed, the Constitution and other Acts shall be no less valid for the other countries that have ratified or approved them19.

National Legislation. The Netherlands is signatory to many international conventions such as UNCLOS, the HNS-protocol and MARPOL. International regulations have been implemented in national law. With regard to maritime incidents the most important regulation is the BON Act, which stands for Response to Accidents North Sea. The powers given to authorities in this act are quite stringent and include the power to take over command of a vessel. As well as this Act, the Netherlands uses the Wrecks Act in cases where ships sink or lose cargo inside the 12 miles zone.

National Legislation. The Parties shall apply their legislation on unfair intemational trade practices in accordance with the procedures established in the normative instruments referred to in Article 7-03 and shall conduct investigations through their respective competent authorities.
National Legislation. 1. The activities of European Union fishing vessels operating in the waters of Cape Verde under this Protocol shall be governed by the legislation in force in Cape Verde, in particular the provisions of the Cape Verdean fisheries resources management plan, unless the Fisheries Partnership Agreement, this Protocol and its Annex and appendices provide otherwise.
2. The Cape Verdean authorities shall inform the European Commission of any change or any new legislation relating to the fishing sector.
National Legislation. 17.1. In performing services under the Agreement, the Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all legislation of the country (countries) in which it, he, or she must work (including but not limited to laws pertaining to immigration, taxation, customs, employment and foreign exchange control).
17.2. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to comply with the travel visa regulations of any country visited or in transit.
17.3. The Contractor hereby warrants that there are no national legislations that prohibit AFI from entering into the Agreement with the Contractor or imposes additional conditions and/or requirements on AFI in respect of its performance of the Agreement.
