Exclusive Contract. This Agreement is not exclusive and either party may freely contract and enter into other similar arrangements with other persons, firms, or entities. Nothing contained herein will be interpreted to restrict either party from participating in any health care delivery system or program. Nothing in this Agreement will guarantee you any minimum or specific number of State Health Plan Members.
