Non-Exclusive Relationship The relationship between the parties is a non-exclusive one, which allows the Contractor and the Principal to engage in other activities, provided that all of the terms and conditions under this Agreement are strictly observed, including the avoidance of conflicts of interests. Relationship Between Parties Each party will be deemed to represent to the other party on the date on which it enters into a Transaction that (absent a written agreement between the parties that expressly imposes affirmative obligations to the contrary for that Transaction):
Exclusive Representation The Employer shall not enter into any agreements with the employees covered by this Agreement either individually or collectively or with any other employee organization which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Further, the Employer shall meet and negotiate, pursue the resolution of grievances and conduct arbitration proceedings only with the properly designated representative(s) of the Union.
