REVIEW OF TERMS The Company reserves the right to review any of these terms at any time. Any change will take effect on the next transaction following the date on which the Company notified the customer of such change.
Amendment of Terms a) In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, the central terms of this agreement, excepting term, may be amended at any time during the life of the agreement upon mutual consent of the central parties and agreement of the Crown.
CLARIFICATION OF TERMS If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer.

Survival of Terms and Conditions The Parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the Agreement that require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of the Agreement shall survive such termination date and shall be enforceable in the event of a failure to perform or comply.

Survival of Terms Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Contract, all payment obligations incurred prior to expiration or termination will survive, as will the following: Articles 11 through 14 survive the expiration or cancellation of this Contract. All other rights will cease upon expiration or termination of this Contract.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Seller, by signing this Agreement, or delivering the supplies or performing the services identified herein, agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions and all specifications and other documents that this Agreement incorporates by reference or attachment. Company hereby objects to any terms and conditions contained in any acknowledgment of this Agreement that are different from or in addition to those mentioned in this document. Failure of Company to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as evidence to interpret the requirements of this Agreement, nor a waiver of any requirement, nor of the right of Company to enforce each and every provision. All rights and obligations shall survive final performance of this Agreement.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions 39.1 We may, by notice in writing, supplement, vary and/or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and such supplement, variation and/or modification shall take effect from the date specified by us in the notice (which shall be binding upon receipt or deemed receipt by you). Such notice may be given to you through, or by publication of the supplement, variation and/or modification on, our website at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx.
Confidentiality Statement All persons that will be working with PHI COUNTY 21 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 22 COUNTY must sign a confidentiality statement that includes, at a minimum, General Use, Security and 23 Privacy Safeguards, Unacceptable Use, and Enforcement Policies. The statement must be signed by the 24 workforce member prior to access to such PHI. The statement must be renewed annually. The 25 CONTRACTOR shall retain each person’s written confidentiality statement for COUNTY inspection 26 for a period of six (6) years following the termination of the Agreement.
