Common use of Exclusivity of Employment Clause in Contracts

Exclusivity of Employment. During the Term, Executive shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity competitive with or adverse to the Company's business or welfare or render a material level of services of a business, professional or commercial nature to any other person or firm, whether for compensation or otherwise, except for serving as a director of another firm.
