Use Limitations Subscriber shall display the CPI Marks in connection with Subscriber Charging Stations as required in this Agreement during the term of Subscriber’s Cloud Plan. Subscriber shall not use any of the CPI Marks for or with any products other than its Charging Stations. From time to time, CPI may provide updated CPI Mark usage guidelines on the ChargePoint Application or elsewhere in the Documentation, and Subscriber shall thereafter comply with such updated guidelines. For any use of the CPI Mark not authorized by such guidelines, or if no such guidelines are provided, then for each initial use of the CPI Mark, Subscriber must obtain CPI’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and after such consent is obtained, Subscriber may use the CPI Mark in the approved manner. All use by Subscriber of CPI's Marks (including any goodwill associated therewith) will inure to the benefit of CPI.
Xxxxxx Limitation The Service reserves the right to refuse to pay any Xxxxxx to whom you may direct a payment. As required by applicable law, the Service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. as set forth in Section 13 of the General Terms (Prohibited Payments) or an Exception Payment under this Agreement.
License Limitations You may not distribute, redistribute, sell, resell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Progress Telerik JustMock Product Package or any portions thereof.
Governing Law; Limitations Period This Agreement and any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement and its subject matter shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and South African law, rules, and regulations, South African law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act as enacted shall not apply. Licensee must initiate a cause of action for any claim(s) arising out of or relating to this Agreement and its subject matter within one (1) year from the date when Licensee knew, or should have known after reasonable investigation, of the facts giving rise to the claim(s).
Service Limitations The FCC requires that Provider provide E911 Service to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Sections 13.2-13.8 apply to all Customers who use Provider Services within the United States. Section 13.9 applies to all Customers.
Usage Limitations You shall use best efforts to ensure that only Authorized Customer Support Users are provided access to the Service Desk Infrastructure and Student Support Services, including not causing or permitting third parties to access such infrastructure or services.
Purpose limitation The data importer shall process the personal data only for the specific purpose(s) of the transfer, as set out in Annex I.B, unless on further instructions from the data exporter.
