Executed Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent’s receipt of counterparts of this Credit Agreement dated as of the Closing Date, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and by each Lender party thereto, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers and each of the Lenders.
Executed Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received (including by facsimile or other electronic means) duly executed signature pages from each party to this Agreement.
Executed Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received (including by facsimile or other electronic means) this Agreement, executed and delivered by a duly Authorized Officer of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, each Lender (including the Swingline Lenders) and each Letter of Credit Issuer; provided that none of the Schedules shall be required to be attached to this Agreement on the Effective Date other than Schedule 1.1(a), Schedule 1.1(b), Schedule 1.1(c), Schedule 11.8 and Schedule 14.2.

The Administrative Agent shall have received (including by facsimile or other electronic means) this Agreement, executed and delivered by a duly Authorized Officer of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, each Lender (including the Swingline Lenders) and each Letter of Credit Issuer.
Executed Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Agent of duly executed counterparts of this Credit Agreement.
Executed Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include electronic transmission of a signed signature page of this Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.
Executed Credit Agreement. This Agreement shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties hereto.
