If this Agreement is executed on behalf of the Borrower or the Lender by a person authorised to execute it under power of attorney, that person, by his or her execution of this Agreement, states that at the time of execution he or she had no notice of the revocation of that power of attorney.

The Purchaser agrees that any documents required to be executed and delivered by the Purchaser to the Vendor are, in fact, executed by a third party appointed as the attorney for the Purchaser, then the power of attorney appointing such person must be registered in the Land Titles Office where the Real Property is registered, and a notarial copy thereof (together with a statutory declaration sworn by the Purchaser’s solicitor unequivocally confirming, without any qualification whatsoever, that the said power of attorney has not been revoked) shall be delivered to the Vendor and the Vendor’s solicitors along with such documents.
