Common use of Execution of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Execution of Contracts. Each of the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer, the President, or any other officer authorized by such Officers or the General Partner shall execute all bonds, mortgages, agreements, deeds, instruments and other contracts and documents, except: (i) where required or permitted by law or this Agreement to be otherwise signed and executed and (ii) where signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the General Partner to some other officer or agent of the Partnership.
