Execution of LLC Agreement. If we accept your subscription, then your execution of this Investment Agreement will also serve as your execution of the LLC Agreement, just as if you had signed a paper copy of the LLC Agreement in blue ink.
Execution of LLC Agreement. On the initial Funding Date, each of the Investor and the Bloom Member shall execute and deliver the Company LLC Agreement and, simultaneously with the making of the capital contributions pursuant to Section 2.2, the Company shall, and the Bloom Member shall cause the Company to, issue Class A Units to the Investor and issue Class B Units to the Bloom Member, in each case in accordance with the terms of the Company LLC Agreement.
Execution of LLC Agreement. The Manager shall amend and restate the Original LLC Agreement by executing the LLC Agreement in substantially the form included as Appendix A to the Registration Statement, with such changes as are necessary to reflect any adjustment to the number of Firm Units and Option Units as the Company may agree with the Underwriters and such other changes as the Company, Xxxxx Canada and Xxxxx US may agree.
Execution of LLC Agreement. On the Closing Date, the LLC Agreement shall be executed and a copy of the LLC Agreement shall be delivered to Holdings, Grant Tani and the Principals.
