Executive’s Positions and Titles. Executive's positions and titles shall be President and Chief Executive Officer.
Executive’s Positions and Titles. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Executive’s position and title shall be President of Employer. Commencing December 1, 2007, Executive shall also be the Chief Executive Officer of Employer.

Amerman elects to resign as Chairman of the Board. At Exxxxxxxx'x xxxxxion, Executive may relinquish the position and title of President at such time as a person approved by the Executive other than Executive assumes such position and title. Such relinquishment shall not affect Executive's duties as provided in Section 2 (b).
