Positions and Titles. The Employee shall have the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CTI, and shall be appointed to such standing committees of the Employer that are or may be formed during the period of this Agreement. The Employee shall perform such duties as are normally associated with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Employer and such additional duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, and shall further have the usual authority associated with said position and office as more fully described in the Bylaws of the Employer in effect during the term of this Agreement.
Positions and Titles. The chief executive officer may establish such positions and appoint persons to them with such titles as he or she may deem necessary. He or she may also fix the duties of such positions and may discharge persons from them.
Positions and Titles. During the period of the Employee's full-time employment by the Company, as hereinafter defined in this Agreement, the Employee shall have the titles and hold the offices of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and shall have the usual authority associated with said positions as more fully described in the By-laws of the Company in effect as of the date of this Agreement, In addition, the Company and the Employee further agree as follows:
(a) The Employee may hold other offices and have other titles from time to time as determined by the Board, but shall have no less authority, positions and titles granted the Employee by the Company pursuant to this paragraph.
(b) If the Employee elects part-time employment in accordance with this Agreement, during the period of the Employeets part-time employment by the Company, as hereinafter defined in this Agreement:
(i) The Employee acknowledges the Board's right to request that the Employee resign from the position of Chief Executive Officer; and
(ii) The Employee shall continue to have the title of Chairman of the Board and shall have the usual authority associated with that position and perform such other duties as may be mutually agreed upon from time to time between the Employee and the Company.
(c) The Employee's Agreement to resign the office of Chief Executive Officer upon his being employed by the Company having located a satisfactory replacement or the position of Chief Executive Officer, and absent same, the Employee shall retain the office and title until such replacement is located by the Company, but in no event longer than nine (9) months from the date the Employee elects part-time employment.

The Employee shall have the title of Chief Executive Officer of IAE, and shall be appointed to such standing committees of the Employer that are or may be formed during the period of this Agreement. The Employee shall perform such duties as are normally associated with the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Employer and such additional duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, and shall establish, maintain and support the goals of the Employer, and shall further have the usual authority associated with said position and office as more fully described in the Bylaws of the Employer in effect during the term of this Agreement.
Positions and Titles. The Employee shall have the title of Chief Executive Officer and President of NGMC, and shall be appointed to such standing committees of the Employer that are or may be formed during the period of this Agreement. The Employee shall perform such duties as are normally associated with the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Employer and such additional duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, and shall further have the usual authority associated with said position and office as more fully described in the Bylaws of the Employer in effect during the term of this Agreement. The Employee shall also be the Chief Executive Officer and President of United and shall perform all such duties as are normally associated with the position of President and such additional duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, and shall further have the usual authority associated with said position and office as more fully described in the Bylaws of United in effect during the term of this Agreement
Positions and Titles. The Employee shall have the title of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Employee shall perform such duties as normally associated with the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall further have the usual authority associated with said position and office. In addition, it is further agreed that:
a. The Employee shall have no less authority, position and title granted the Employee pursuant to this Paragraph;
b. The Employee shall perform such other duties as the Board from time to time may determine is appropriate and agreeable to the Employee. The Employee shall be responsible to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Positions and Titles. The Employer hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Holding Company and the Bank, and the Executive hereby accepts such positions and agrees to serve the Employer in such capacities during the employment period set forth in Section 2 below, subject to earlier termination as provided hereunder (the "Employment Period"). The Executive shall perform such job duties and responsibilities as determined in discussion with the Boards of Directors of the Bank and of the Holding Company (“Boards”) and in accordance with the Employer’s Bylaws.
Positions and Titles. The Employer hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the positions of sole Chairman, sole President, and sole Chief Executive Officer of the Holding Company and sole Chairman and sole Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and the Executive hereby accepts such positions and agrees to serve the Employer in such capacities during the employment period set forth in Section 2 below, subject to earlier termination as provided hereunder (the “Employment Period”). The Executive shall serve as Chairman and voting member of the Executive Committees of the Boards of Directors of the Bank and of the Holding Company and such other committees as the Boards may designate, subject to the terms hereof. The Executive shall perform such job duties and responsibilities as determined in discussion with the Boards of Directors of the Bank and of the Holding Company (“Boards”) and in accordance with the Employer’s Bylaws. Executive shall be Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the President of the Holding Company until a suitable replacement has been designated by Employer and approved by the Office of the Controller of the Currency of the United States (“O.C.C.”) and the Federal Reserve Bank. At such time as a suitable replacement has been designated, and without any loss or change in Executive’s compensation and benefits, Executive shall retain the titles, positions and duties of Chairman of the Bank and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Holding Company, and, at the Executive’s discretion, the title Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and shall perform such services and duties as are customarily performed and exercised by a person holding any such office.

The Employee shall perform such duties as are normally associated with the position of President of the Employer and such additional duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, and shall establish, maintain and support the goals of the Employer.

Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. - You will be promoted to President when the minimum performance criteria for Level Three is achieved to raise your base salary to Level Three. - You will report to the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). - You will be responsible for implementing the plan to meet corporate objectives by managing operations, which includes production planning, manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution, accounting, finance, logistics, inventory control, MIS, human resources, sales service, product development, the coordination of departments and other areas as directed by the CEO.
