EXISTING PERMANENT VACANCIES AND NEWLY ESTABLISHED POSITIONS. 10.0701 During the students’ school year, a notice of a newly established permanent position or a permanent vacancy in an existing position requiring certification, including positions not within the bargaining unit as defined in Section 1.02 of this Agreement, shall be posted electronically for at least five (5) working days prior to filling the position.
