Exodus Supplied Equipment. (a) Delivery and Term. On or prior to the Service Commencement Date, Exodus shall deliver to Customer, at the designated Customer Area, the Exodus Supplied Equipment. Customer shall have the right to use the Exodus Supplied Equipment for the Initial Term set forth in the Order Form and any additional period agreed to in writing by Exodus. Customer shall not remove any Exodus Supplied Equipment from the Customer Area(s) without the prior written consent of Exodus.
