Common use of Expanded Community Service Daily Rate Clause in Contracts

Expanded Community Service Daily Rate. A. Adult family home providers who have a contract with the State to provide expanded community services for a client shall receive the Expanded Community Service (ECS) daily rate or the Base Daily Rate, whichever is greater. B. Effective July 1, 2015, the July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2015, ECS daily rate of one hundred six dollars and seventy-seven cents ($106.77) for adult family home providers shall be increased by five percent (5.0 %) to one hundred twelve dollars and eleven cents ($112.11). C. Effective July 1, 2016, the July 1, 2015 – June 30 2016, ECS daily rate of one hundred twelve dollars and eleven cents ($112.11) shall be increased by five percent (5.0 %) to one hundred seventeen dollars and seventy-two cents ($117.72).

C. Effective July 1, 2016, the July 1, 2015 – June 30 2016, ECS daily rate of one hundred twelve dollars and eleven cents ($112.11) shall be increased by five percent (5.0 %) to one hundred seventeen dollars and seventy-two cents ($117.72).

Adult family home providers who have a contract with the State to provide expanded community services for a client shall receive the Expanded Community Service (ECS) daily rate or the Base Daily Rate, whichever is greater. B. Effective July 1, 20152017, the July 1, 2013 2016 – June 30, 20152017, ECS daily rate of one hundred six dollars and seventy-seven cents ($106.77) for adult family home providers shall be increased by five percent (5.0 %) to one hundred twelve dollars and eleven cents ($112.11). C. Effective July 1, 2016, the July 1, 2015 – June 30 2016, ECS daily rate of one hundred twelve dollars and eleven cents ($112.11) shall be increased by five percent (5.0 %) to one hundred seventeen dollars and seventy-two cents ($117.72) for adult family home providers shall be increased by four percent (4.0 %) to one hundred twenty-two dollars and forty-three cents ($122.43). C. Effective July 1, 2018, the July 1, 2017 – June 30 2018, ECS daily rate of one hundred twenty-two dollars and forty-three cents ($122.43) shall be increased by two percent (2.0 %) to one hundred twent- four dollars and eighty-eight cents ($124.88).
