EXPENDITURE AND REVENUE REPORT. 17 A. No later than sixty (60) calendar days following termination of this Agreement, 18 CONTRACTOR shall submit to ADMINISTRATOR, for informational purposes only, an Expenditure 19 Report for the preceding fiscal year, or portion thereof. Such report shall be prepared in accordance 20 with the procedure that is provided by ADMINISTRATOR and GAAP.
21 B. CONTRACTOR may be required by ADMINISTRATOR to submit periodic Expenditure 22 Reports throughout the term of this Agreement. 23

These reports will be on a form provided by 18 ADMINISTRATOR and will report year-to-date actual costs and revenues for CONTRACTOR's 19 program described in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Agreement. Such reports will also 20 include actual productivity as defined by ADMINISTRATOR.
