Common use of EXPENSES FOR ARBITRATION Clause in Contracts

EXPENSES FOR ARBITRATION. The party losing the arbitration shall pay the arbitrator’s charges. Cost of the hearing room shall be shared by both of the parties. The cost of the transcript, if requested by both parties, shall be shared equally. If there is any question as to who lost the arbitration, the arbitrator shall decide who shall pay the expenses of the arbitrator whether in whole or in part.
