Expenses Incurred by Landlord Upon Tenant Requests. Except in connection with requests by Tenant to sublet the Premises or assign its interest in this Lease, as to which the review fee set forth in Article 17 shall apply, Tenant shall, upon demand, reimburse Landlord for all reasonable expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, incurred by Landlord in connection with all requests by Tenant for consents, approvals or execution of collateral documentation related to this Lease, including, without limitation, costs incurred by Landlord in the review and approval of Txxxxx’s plans and specifications in connection with proposed alterations to be made by Tenant to the Premises and requests by Tenant for Landlord to execute waivers of Landlord’s interest in Txxxxx’s property in connection with third party financing by Txxxxx. Such costs shall be deemed to be additional rent under this Lease.

Such costs shall be deemed to be additional rent under this Lease. The provisions of this Section 29.9 shall not apply to the Landlord’s Work, which is governed by the provisions of Article 4 above.

Such costs shall be deemed to be additional rent under this Lease.

Such costs shall be deemed to be additional rent under this the Lease.
