Expenses Incurred by Landlord Upon Tenant Requests. Tenant shall, upon demand, reimburse Landlord for all reasonable expenses, including, without limitation, legal fees, incurred by Landlord in connection with all requests by Tenant for consents, approvals or execution of collateral documentation related to this Lease, including, without limitation, costs incurred by Landlord in the review and approval of Tenant’s plans and specifications in connection with proposed Alterations to be made by Tenant to the Premises, requests by Tenant to sublet the Premises or assign its interest in the Lease, the execution by Landlord of estoppel certificates requested by Tenant, and requests by Tenant for Landlord to execute waivers of Landlord’s interest in Tenant’s property in connection with third party financing by Tenant. Such costs shall be deemed to be additional rent under the Lease.
