Common use of Experience and Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Experience and Eligibility. Bargaining unit members covered by this agreement who have at least twenty (20) years of service, a minimum of fifteen (15) with the Pelham School District in one or more of the job classifications defined in Article I and who are at least fifty (50) years of age are eligible for this benefit upon retirement from professional service through the N.H. State Retirement System.
