Development Requirements The exterior wall standards set forth in this section shall apply to the structures located on the Property. Payment Requirements If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds. No penalty shall accrue to the County in the event this provision is exercised and the County shall not be obligated nor liable for any damages as a result of termination under this provision of this Contract, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the County to expend or as involving the County in any Contract or other obligation for future payment of money in excess of appropriations authorized by law.
Tests 7.7.1 If the Contract Documents, laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or orders of any public authority having jurisdiction require any portion of the Work to be inspected, tested or approved, the Contractor shall give the Architect timely notice of its readiness so the Architect may observe such inspection, testing or approval. The Contractor shall bear all costs of such inspections, tests or approvals conducted by public authorities.
Management Requirements Procedures for managing equipment (including replacement equipment), whether acquired in whole or in part under a Federal award, until disposition takes place will, as a minimum, meet the following requirements:
