Expiration of Agreement Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.
Expiration of Contract Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause GC 2.6 hereof, this Contract shall expire at the end of such time period after the Effective Date as specified in the SC.
EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL 47.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from May 21, 2021, and shall remain in effect until May 20, 2025, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or the anniversary date of such expiry date from year to year thereafter, give notice in writing to the other party of a desire to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.
Termination of Agreement If this Agreement is terminated by the Representatives in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 or Section 9(a)(i) hereof, the Company shall reimburse the Underwriters for all of their out-of-pocket expenses, including the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel for the Underwriters.
Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.
Limitation of Agreement This Agreement is limited to and includes only the work included in the Project described above.
Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). DURATION OF AGREEMENT All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period Indemnitee serves as a director or officer of the Company or as a director, officer, trustee, partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other Enterprise which Indemnitee serves at the request of the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding (including any rights of appeal thereto and any Proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement) by reason of Indemnitee’s Corporate Status, whether or not Indemnitee is acting in any such capacity at the time any liability or expense is incurred for which indemnification or advancement can be provided under this Agreement.
