Expiration of SLA. Upon expiration of an SLA, COMPANY shall at its sole cost and expense remove the applicable ANTENNA FACILITY and repair and restore the affected areas of the LICENSED AREA and PROPERTY prior to the expiration of the SLA.

Expiration of Agreement Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.

Expiration of Sick Leave Credits Employees who are absent due to sickness beyond their accumulated sick leave credits shall be placed on an unpaid leave of absence until they are in receipt of long-term disability benefits.
