Modification of Schedules The Parties shall, upon written request by a Party, hold consultations to consider any modification or withdrawal of a specific commitment in the requesting Party’s Schedule of specific commitments. The consultations shall be held within three months after the requesting Party made its request. In the consultations, the Parties shall aim to ensure that a general level of mutually advantageous commitments no less favourable to trade than that provided for in the Schedule of specific commitments prior to such consultations is maintained. Modifications of Schedules are subject to the procedures set out in Articles 7.1 and 9.6

Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
Incorporation of Schedules The Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
RDO Schedule a) The Schedule of RDO’s to be observed each year will generally be as provided under the VBIA.
Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union. For NEOs that are not offered on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall provide no less than ten (10) business days’ notice. Said notices shall be provided by email, to the Union NEO Coordinator. This requirement shall apply to all NEOs in which City personnel provide newly-hired employees with information regarding employment status, rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO.
Third Schedule MINERAL LEASE Lease No Goldfield(s) XXXXXXXXX THE SECOND by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom, Australia and Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith: TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS shall come GREETINGS: KNOW YE that WHEREAS by an Agreement made the day of 1968 between the State of Western Australia of the one part and HAMERSLEY IRON PTY.
