EXPOSURE PROTECTION SCHEDULE. The Exposure Protection Schedule attached to the Card Processing Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety to read in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Any prior amendments to the Exposure Protection Schedule shall be deemed superseded by the Exposure Protection Schedule attached hereto.
