Extended Service Pay. 12.0401 Employees selected by the Board for extended service work in excess of one hundred eighty-five (185) workdays during an individual employee’s limited or continuous individual employment contract year, shall be issued a supplemental limited contract for such extended service and shall be compensated under said contract in the amount of one-half of one percent (.05%) of the individual employee’s base salary for each full workday of extended duty service as workday is defined in Section 10.02 of this Agreement. Work of less than a full workday shall be paid only on a proportional basis. Extended service pay shall be based on the employee’s individual base salary in effect when the work is performed.
