Extendicare / City Relationship. 6.1.1 Extendicare, in compliance with its obligations under this Agreement, with respect to its own employees, shall be solely responsible for all statutory obligations related to the payment of Employment Insurance, CPP benefits, WSIB, OHIP, HST and applicable taxes.
