Employment Arrangement definition

Employment Arrangement means, with respect to any Person, any employment, consulting, retainer, severance or similar contract, agreement, plan, arrangement or policy (exclusive of any which is terminable within thirty (30) days without liability, penalty or payment of any kind by such Person or any Affiliate), or providing for severance, termination payments, insurance coverage (including any self-insured arrangements), workers compensation, disability benefits, life, health, medical dental or hospitalization benefits, supplemental unemployment benefits, vacation or sick leave benefits, pension or retirement benefits or for deferred compensation, profit-sharing, bonuses, stock options, stock purchase or appreciation rights or other forms of incentive compensation or post-retirement insurance, compensation or benefits, or any collective bargaining or other labor agreement, whether or not any of the foregoing is subject to the provisions of ERISA.
Employment Arrangement means any employment agreement or individual severance agreement by and between the Company and the Participant, or severance plan maintained by the Company in which the Participant participates as of the Grant Date, in each case, as in effect on the Grant Date.
Employment Arrangement means an arrangement between a professional entity or dentist and an individual who is considered an employee of the professional entity or dentist under the common law test of an employer/employee relationship, or a leased employee working under a written employee leasing agreement which provides that:

Examples of Employment Arrangement in a sentence

  • An Individual Employment Arrangement [IEA] may be offered to an employee as determined by SPARQ Solutions, who is paid a salary at or above Salary Point 11.0 of the classification structure of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Employment Arrangement

Employment Arrangement shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.25(c) hereof.
Employment Arrangement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visa, work permit or other agreement, contract or understanding between Seller, its Subsidiaries or any of their ERISA Affiliates and any Employee, or with respect to which Seller, its Subsidiaries or any of their ERISA Affiliates has or may have any Liability.

Employment Arrangement means any plan, agreement or arrangement of Bancorp or the Bank or any affiliate (i) to which the Executive is a party, or (ii) with respect to which the Executive is a direct or indirect beneficiary, or (iii) under or with respect to which the Executive may have any right to receive compensation, payments or any other benefit.

Employment Arrangement means any employment agreement or offer letter between the Participant and the Company.
