Extension After Suspension When a suspension occurs through no fault of PURCHASER, PURCHASER may request an extension of time for performance of this contract, for a period not to exceed the period of operations that were suspended. The request for extension must be in writing and:

Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. Obligations Beyond Contract Term The Contract shall remain in full force and effect to the end of the specified term or until terminated or canceled pursuant to the Contract. All obligations of the Contractor incurred or existing under the Contract as of the date of expiration, termination or cancellation will survive the termination, expiration or conclusion of the Contract.
Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.
Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.
Extension Terms County may, at its sole option, extend the term of this Agreement beyond the Initial Term for up to ___ additional one-year terms at the same rates and under the same terms provided for herein (each such period being an “Extension Term”). County shall notify Contractor of its election for an Extension Term(s) as provided for in §6.
