Extension of Original Credit Agreement Sample Clauses

Extension of Original Credit Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Termination Date under the Original Credit Agreement is hereby extended through the date prior to the date hereof but from and after the date hereof, all Loans and other Obligations of the Borrower, whether outstanding under the Original Credit Agreement or otherwise, shall be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of this Amended and Restated Credit Agreement. The Lender hereby waives any Events of Default that may have existed under the Original Credit Agreement prior to its amendment and restatement pursuant to the terms hereof.
