  • Statement of Principles The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination by the Employer or the Union against employees because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, or marital status.   • EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor.
