Common use of Extension of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Extension of this Agreement. 3.7.1 This Licence Agreement will commence on the date as set out on page 1, and unless agreed in writing will end automatically on the date as set out on page 1. Agreement to extend your stay beyond the date set out on page 1 will be subject to: • A request to do so being made to the Home Manger in advance of the end date, • Charges for the extended period being paid in full before the start of the extended period, • Confirmation in writing being given by the Organisation as to the period of extension and the rate, per night, to be charged. 3.7.2 Requests to extend an agreed period of respite care which will take the total length of your stay in the Home beyond a period of six weeks from the commencement date set out on page 1 will also require the prior approval of the Head of Care Operations.
